Jackie Merchant is a California native raised on the S.F. Peninsula who returned to her family's Sacramento Valley farming roots 20 plus years ago. With a paralegal background and a desire to help people, she began a career in real estate.

Today, Jackie is a Broker Associate with Coldwell Banker Realty specializing in the Global Luxury division. Jackie is a lifetime Masters' Club member, representing excellence in real estate sales. She is a recipient of the International President's Circle award 2022. 

Jackie works in the neighborhoods of Sierra Oaks, Sierra Oaks Vista, Del Dayo, Carmichael, Fair Oaks, Wilhaggin, Arden Park, Arden Oaks, Mariemont, East Sacramento and Land Park. She has represented Buyers and Sellers throughout the greater Sacramento region, including Davis, Rocklin, Roseville, Folsom, El Dorado Hills, Elk Grove and beyond.

Jackie maintains her Bay Area connections and believes them to be an asset to her Sacramento business. She networks with Bay Area agents and her sphere of influence to promote her Sacramento listings. She recognizes the importance of Bay Area buyers, especially in the high-end market.

Jackie loves helping sellers, first-time home buyers, move-up buyers, those downsizing and everyone in-between.
